READDRESSING POLICY

BY FINALIZING AN ORDER WITH US, YOU AGREE TO AND UNDERSTAND THAT APPLICABLE CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED AT THE EXPENSE OF THE PURCHASER IF AN ORDER IS RETURNED BY USPS AND RECEIVED BY THEOFFICILIC AS AN NON DELIVERABLE OR FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSING.

Purchaser is advised to review order and address prior to finalizing purchase due to inability to alter order after order processing.

  • $30USD will be charged for inconveniences and labor for package readdressing. Readdressing occurs for all orders/packages that require relabeling and reshipment.
  • New shipping label cost is as same as order.

Purchaser will be provided a link for payment prior order being reshipped. If purchaser does not pay appropriate fees to get package readdressed within 72 hours of link being sent, package will be at lost of purchaser and become ineligible for redelivery.

DELIVERY POLICY

BY FINALIZING AN ORDER WITH US, YOU AGREE TO AND UNDERSTAND THAT WE, THEOFFICIALIC, ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DUE TO USPS OR SELECTED SHIPPING COMPANY. ONCE IN POSSESSION OF SHIPPING COMPANY & OUT OF THEOFFICIALIC’s POSSESSION, THEOFFICIALIC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WHEREABOUTS OF THE PACKAGE.

If your package has been lost or delivered to the wrong address please verify the address we have utilized for the shipping label. Thereafter, if shipping address applied to the order at checkout and shipping label address are the same you should contact your local USPS or selected shipping company to locate and retrieve your package.

If your tracking number is duplicated and showing delivered in another location besides the address given at checkout, THEOFFICIALIC, will provide you with the shipping label accompanying the order for you to contact USPS or selected shipping company to notify them of the tracking number duplication. As well as get updates on the packages transit location. THEOFFICIALIC has no control over USPS or selected shipping company provided tracking numbers. TRACKING NUMBERS are generated by USPS or selected shipping company not THEOFFICIALIC.

USPS or selected shipping company usually will provide package assistance, and/or such as value reimbursement for packages they cannot retrieve.

At checkout you may request that your package have USPS or select shipping company Confirmation Signature at time of delivery.

For Non-Custom Items, USPS Ground Advantage shipping is 2-5 Business Days (excluding holidays and weekends). USPS Priority Mail shipping is 1-3 Business Days (excluding holidays and weekends).

That does not include THEOFFICIALIC’s processing time of 2-5 Business Days (excluding holidays and weekends).

For Custom Items, the shipping is indicated within that item’s description. Typically, a custom item has a processing time of 2-3 weeks , following the applicable shipping time depending on which shipping method was chosen at checkout.

Please note during special promotions and/or sales, processing can take between 4-7 Business Days (excluding holidays and weekends) due to an influx of orders

All shipping fees are nonrefundable.

ALL ORDERS OVER $150USD WILL AUTOMATICALLY REQUIRED SIGNATURE AT DELIVERY

For customer’s security and to protect their purchase, orders over $150USD automatically require a signature upon delivery.

This means the package must be received and signed for by someone at the delivery address before it is released by the carrier. This helps prevent loss, theft, and delivery disputes for higher-value orders.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a notice and hold the package for pickup or attempt redelivery.
