  • Can items be returned?

    No, items can not be returned. All products are final sale.

    • Physical Products - This is due to standard sanitary precautions. If an item is damaged or incorrect same day as arrival, please contact us the same day via email [theofficialimciera@gmail.com] with pictures and the order number. Any day after will not be acceptable due to the possibility of the item being damaged on customer’s own accord.

    • Digital Products - This is due to the product type. Please review your cart prior to finalizing your purchase.

  • How do I get the digital product?

    After purchase, you may download the PDF file for immediate use. Or you can retrieve the file through your email that was listed at checkout. Within that email is a link to the purchased product. The link for download will expire in 24 hours.

  • How can I contact you?

    Via email theofficialimciera@gmail.com. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for review and response. Messaging via social media is not guaranteed a response.

  • Are shipping fees refundable?

    All shipping fees are nonrefundable.

  • How long does shipping take?

    For Non-Custom Items, USPS Ground Advantage shipping is 2-5 Business Days (excluding holidays and weekends). USPS Priority Mail shipping is 1-3 Business Days (excluding holidays and weekends).

    That does not include THEOFFICIALIC’s processing time of 1-3 Business Days (excluding holidays and weekends).

    For Custom Items, the shipping is indicated within that item’s description. Typically, a custom item has a processing time of 2-3 weeks , following the applicable shipping time depending on which shipping method was chosen at checkout.

    Please note during special promotions and/or sales, processing can take between 4-7 Business Days (excluding holidays and weekends) due to an influx of orders.

  • When will i receive my tracking number?

    Your tracking number will be sent via email (to the listed email on the order) once the product has been packaged and shipped to the address indicated on the order receipt.

  • How much is shipping?

    All shipping options are flat rated.

  • Can the jewelry get wet?

    It is safe to bathe in jewelry, as well as swim.

    To elongate its durability and quality, keep excessive moisture contact minimal.

  • Can an order be canceled after it has been placed>

    Unfortunately, once orders are finalized they cannot be canceled. Please review order prior to finalizing the transaction.

  • Does your jewelry irritate the skin?

    All jewelry are hypoallergenic.

  • Can I make changes to my order after my order has been placed?

    No. Unfortunately, no further changes can be made to an order after the transaction has been finalized. Please review order prior to finalizing the transaction.
